Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and arrange meetings with potential business development partners for research collaboration or licensing.
· Work with Degron team to coordinate due diligence as appropriate.
· Facilitate, participate, and lead negotiation of collaboration terms for potential research collaboration or licensing deals.
· Work with legal counsel to draft and negotiate term sheet and definitive agreement.
· Drive the execution of business development deals.
Education & Experience Requirements:
· Master’s degree or above.
· 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with an extensive BD experience.
· Rich experience of key account planning and new account acquisition.
· Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and effectively communicate with key decision makers
